What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a process which aims to help you identify and achieve personal goals and ultimately, to enable you to live the life you were meant to live.
You will be encouraged to focus on the present rather than the past or the future.
As you proceed on this journey of self-discovery you will learn to identify and align with your own values, clarify your own life purpose and trust that you can indeed have the life you desire.
In the course of developing a deeper understanding of yourself you will experience an enhanced sense of inner peace and wellbeing

How it works
I offer a free 30 minute session, which gives you a chance to see if you feel Life Coaching is for you, and whether I am the person you want to work with. It is important that you feel comfortable with me as your Life Coach.
The session will take place online, using a video chat site like Zoom or Skype. If you decide to continue we will arrange a time that suits us both, and that will become our regular time to talk.
I recommend a block of six sessions, meeting every two weeks. This can be purchased in advance with a discount, or you can pay for sessions as you go.
